Copilot Studio: Should You Enable or Disable General Knowledge?

This tutorial takes you through the General Knowledge option in Copilot Studio, so that you can make a decision about whether to enable or disable it for your own Copilot. I work through an example with it enabled and the same example with it disabled, so you can see the difference in what it allows the Copilot to do in response to the user prompt.
