I was looking for a cheap way to build an EV for myself and learn about EV technology. I started from using Toyota Prius Inverter and gearbox as a motor. i have got this working now and decided to get a more powerful motor before I move to a real vehicle build. My initial plan was to go for the Lexus GS450H gearbox and inverter but this little gem of a find on eBay changed everything.
