Computer Turns On But No Display - Led Light On Fan Spinning - HARDEST Troubleshoot?

When a computer turns on but no display on monitor appears, although the led light is on and fan spinning can be observed, this means the computer may have failed the POST(Power On Self Test). If this happens before a successful POST, one or more of the following will be at fault; Power Supply Unit, Motherboard, Processor, Ram, Graphics Card Unit.

MOBO: Asus B450m-k
RAM: 16 GB (2 x 8GB RAM)
GPU: Palit GTX1080
DRIVE: Sabrent 512GB SSD
