In this video I compare the Brooks Ghost 16 with the Brooks Ghost Max. Which is the better shoe and how have I been using them? I'm also joined by @BiggerThanRunning and he share his thoughts on these two popular Brooks running shoes.
I've now run 100 miles in the Brook Ghost 16 and 200 miles in the Brooks Ghost Max, so plenty of experience to draw from.
