Can a week of intense training help me to finish a half marathon?
In a week's time (just a day's time after this video is uploaded), I'll be running the Run Reigate Half Marathon. During the summer months my training has dropped off a cliff 📉. Can I save the race by kick staring some fitness into my body before I reach the start line?
