Instacart Ratings Are Brutal. Shoppers are NOT happy

Instacart sent an email to shoppers with an update that they are listening to shopper feedback and evaluating the current rating system. Instacart stated "We learned that while 75% of shoppers feel that the customer rating system is a fair way for customers to evaluate their experience with their shopper... " This contradicts the poll I posted on this channel asking shoppers if they feel the rating system is fair. As of now.... 914 shoppers voted and 95% stated the rating system is unfair. Who is Instacart listening to, because it's definitely not the real shoppers.
