Today's video is in response to Instacart Customers who want their deliveries faster. Customers expectations for speed and exceptional service is higher than ever before. According to a recent Forbes article, consumers have an "I Want It Now" mentality, and Instacart responds to this, and seeks to give customers what they want, and faster than their competitors. In the meantime, the demands of plenty of entitled Instacart Customers, are leaving shoppers servicing above and beyond without being tipped. Too many Instacart Shoppers continue to service Instacart Customers who choose not to tip, resulting in enabling this to continue.
