In the past, dividing words into separate cells or breaking down lengthy text strings in Excel using a delimiter was a daunting task. One had to utilize complex functions like LEFT, MID, RIGHT, and more, which could be challenging to use, particularly with text containing multiple spaces or varying delimiters.
However, the introduction of the new TEXTSPLIT function in Microsoft Excel has made this process a breeze! With TEXTSPLIT, splitting text is now incredibly easy, and you can even combine it with other Excel functions to accomplish tasks that were previously impossible. For instance, you can use it in conjunction with the TRIM function or to automatically sort the split text strings.
