VW T3 / T25 / Vanagon - 711 Shifter Upgrade - 5-speed Gear Lever Install
In this video I install the 5-speed 711 shifter from 025 Motorsport. I remove the original gear lever, modify the linkage, then fit the 711 shifter along with the necessary adjustments. The 711 feels like a big upgrade, giving a much tighter gear selection and equal movement from 1st through to 5th.
Available for Syncro, 2 wheel drive 4-speed, and 5-speed gearboxes.
