We have a bit of an adjusted agenda for this demo. We will be showing:
1. Qube! running in OS X 10.10 Yosemite - just added in the last week; this is core and workers only and not the supervisor. Supervisor support is planned for our release on May 11th.
2. Creating a requirement to only add jobs to available workers
3. Modifying the job environment after a job has been created
4. The future of the Qube! UI which combines the more recent look and feel of ArtistView with WranglerView flexibility and functionality - during this demo, we'll be looking at job submission and the new configurable interface for it.
Originally discussed but not in the demo (both of these features are still on track for delivery on May 11th with this 6.7.0 release of the product, though):
5. To speed up mass creation of jobs, when jobs are submitted, return a jobid right away and defer the creation of the remainder of the job tables until after the job is picked up. This removes a common bottleneck.
6. Ability to add workers as they become available to 3dsMax V-Ray DBR jobs.
