This local spot in Koenji is actually originally a small business poultry store, but they also sell unique skewers. They grill the skewers in front of you and my personal favorite (just FYI) is the eggplant garlic one! If you’re in the area, pay them a visit and show them this video :) ORRR I actually challenge you to remember how to say my order and order for yourself in Japanese 😉
