Property manager has been arrested for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from residents at a senior apartment complex in Camillus, New York. As the property manager was entrusted with residents' rent payments, but she allegedly misappropriated the funds for personal use. This isn't the first time Waters has been accused of such crimes. In July, she was arrested for stealing over $40,000 from residents at Clinton Plaza Apartments in Syracuse. In both cases, Waters allegedly collected rent payments in the form of money orders but failed to deposit them into the appropriate accounts.
A paper with some information about identity theft was given to residents but the company has not offered to pay for identity theft monitoring, a family member of the victim said.
