How to Convert an Addon Domain to cPanel Account

In this video I am happy to share a new cPanel feature available to users with the new cPanel version and their "root" user.

The "Convert Addon Domain to Account" feature lets you easily convert an addon domain into its own full cPanel account.

Step 1. Log into WHM with your "root" user

Step 2. Under "Transfers" choose "Convert Addon Domain to Account"

Step 3. Select the domain you want to convert

Step 4. Fill in your preferred values

Step 5. Click "Start Conversion"

Now you can convert any addon domains you manage into individual cPanel accounts.
