Why is security awareness training critical for executives? Part 1 of 2. Over the years, I've seen executives, management etc, push back on security awareness training. They don't want to be involved in it and ask to be excluded or left out. It's not a good attitude to have, you really need that buy in from your executives, the management team, the c-levels in order for your security program to succeed. If your end users are seeing these initiatives come from the top down, they are likely to take it much more seriously.
