The principal of a school, Dr. Alfred Carroll, tells the ill effects of marijuana to the parents of teenagers. In his story, the drug trafficker convinces several teenagers, including Mary and Jimmy Lane, who are brother and sister, and Billy, who is Mary's lover, to go to a joint house.
