Just know the quickest way to get Well, That Was Anticlimactic Trophy & unlock Goenitz is to play a Single Play run on 1 round, do 2 DM's before Accident Time to get the Shingo fight and then do 2 more before Stage 6 so you get the '96 Boss Team and the Goenitz unlock for beating him as the final boss.
Run 2 is to unlock O. Iori & Orochi. 6-7 DM's before Accident Time to skewer the random of it to get a Riot of the Blood battle and take on 2 or more DM's after to secure your ticket to the Orochi Team & that Orochi unlock after beating "her" as the final boss.
Run 3 is to get to Accident Time and get the scales to tip toward O. Leona. Best way to do this is pick Orochi, Heidern & Ralf. The majority of the time if you keep to 6-7 DM's and that will usually get you the O. Leona fight unless the RNG hits heavy. After defeating her, go to the next match and quit to the main menu and you get the O. Leona unlock for bearing her during Accident Time!
