Secret Message: So far, I have had great luck getting defense and other artifacts for Itto, but Kokomi? Not so much. I still stand by Kokomi being possible the hardest character to farm artifacts for. She can't use defense, crit rate, nor crit damage and I keep getting them as substats sadly.
