SUPER EASY AFTER SCHOOL SNACK iDEA 😉😋

These protein snacks we’re so easy to make, this is actually the second time I’ve made him for Robert. He gets really hungry during the day when he’s working so he likes me to make these because when he can’t stop for lunch, he can just grab a couple and it’ll tied them over till he can’t eat.

Here is the recipe for these after school or in between meals high protein snacks :
Ingredients:

1 cup of old fashioned oats
1/2 cup of all natural peanut butter
1/2 cup of superseed, or just flaxseed
1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
2/3 cup of unsweetened coconut, toasted in the oven

Directions:

Combine all of your ingredients into a large bowl, roll them into half dollar sizes. Store them in a container for the fridge. It’s as easy as that.

This is a great idea for a quick after school snack, with good ingredients and lots of protein. It’s something your kids can just grab it be on their way. This is great for busy kids who don’t like to stop and eat. 😉😉
