here is the complete steps :-

1.uninstall whatsapp ( recommended :- backup data first )

2.open play store and type VOXOX which is free voice calling app

3.install this app to receive whatsapp verification code

4.open the app and signup for a new account

5.enter your mobile number, email id, user name and password

6.click on sign up and you will get the activation code via sms enter that code to verify your voxox account

7.on the app click on more you will get your voxox number (which is usa mobile phone number +1 is us country code)
note down that number

8.now install the whatsapp from the play store

9.enter your voxox number and click ok

10.meanwhile you will receive a verification code via voxox app

11.enter that code to whatsapp and you are ready to use this new number which you can use without a sim card
