MUGEN: Twice fixed Karakuri Hei
I found some Karakuri Hei from Kabuki Klash that had been fixed to add sounds and some other things but it needed more fixes for missing frames for throws and such. I also added decent alternate colors and fixed any possible palette issues in sprites.
I recorded a generic watch mode battle with some extra guys just to cover my bases. Karakuri has no throws, so he can't demonstrate anything but the new palettes against himself.
