I'll update this comment to add more info and answer questions. Also, check the video's description. There is a real danger in doing this MacGyver type of hacks. Basically, don't let the battery overheat. Don't over charge the pack. Don't accidently connect the negative onto positive sides of things or visa-versa. Don't touch anything over 50volts. Unlike my bad example, you should wear safety glasses, ear protection and thick rubber gloves.
You can charge the pack up to 240V DC as long as you don't let it overheat. You need to manually power on the battery's cooling fan while charging.
Alternatively you could use an LED light power supply. MEAN WELL makes one that is about $165 and has adjustable voltage and current built into it. It outputs 480watts. Here are the part numbers for the two models that will work:
