The Israeli version of a Zamboni
I took the kids skating at Ir Hakerach (Ice City) in Jerusalem. I loved when they started cleaning the ice...with shovel/brooms! They swept the ice into corners of the rink, and then shoveled them over the side into containers. Not very hi-tech, but it did do the job!
