Computer Cartel | GTA RP NoPixel 4.0
In this video OTT receives a phone call from Clayton, the guy who sold a PC desk to the cops. Clayton believes OTT is going to help him save his life from the computer cartel. OTT advises him to go and make things right with them. Later, OTT calls Clayton from a different number, pretending to be the cartel, and tells him that, considering how badly he screwed up his computer market, he needs to pay money to make things right.
