Take a look at my walk in pantry. I needed an extra shelf to hold my jars so I measured the size board I would need, picked out the board at Home Depot and asked them to cut it (they do this for free - up to 3 cuts per day) and I used the paint I already had left over to paint the top, bottom and sides. It took a few days to paint and dry. Then I ordered shelf brackets on Amazon and wiggled the board into the pantry space, drilled in the brackets to hold the board and leveled it to make it right. I am so happy with this extra shelf in my pantry and now my labeled jars look great.
