With the finale of the Mixels Story Serial "Final Mixing Rhapsody ~ Lunatic Night" drawing near, here's an opening/intro for its first half centered around the Eternal Night Incident Arc, so the first twenty chapters. No worries, there are no significant spoilers here. Unlike what I did last time, which was just a remixed version of the old Mixels intro, this one was made completely from the ground up (which looking back is what I should've done with the WaWW intro too but oh well). I wouldn't say it's perfect, not even close, but it's the best I could do as a single-person team with beer and too many sleepless nights lol
Take this opening more as a proof of concept rather than a full budget production, because frankly there was no budget involved here.
As for the music choice, I don't know what the consensus in the community is about the og mixels intro so this may sound like heresy to some people, but I just feel that this song fits the overall atmosphere of this particular story much better, both with the tone and the lyrics. I was also listening to it quite often while writing so that played a factor in my decision as well. Most importantly, I just like it a lot.
