This endeavor was never about replicating the heritage-inspired styles of classic reels but was instead focused on reimagining what timeless design can truly mean.
Our modern, high-powered carbon braking system delivers 7.5 kilograms of braking force, providing ample sealed carbon power for taming the leviathans of the migratory world. Anti-snag design features on the spool nut and drag knob, thanks to an innovative winged design, ensure easy use while minimising line catches on the water. The full-frame design offers a more traditional reel weight, intentionally offsetting and counter-balancing heavier classic-action fly rods. Lastly, the acoustics of the Aeon reels have been precisely tuned to produce a sound reminiscent of a classic reel, with an instantly recognisable Guideline tone on every fish.
