Using Table Structured References in Excel functions

The Excel Table structured references may seem awkward at first, but when you get used to it, you will find many advantages in using them instead of the regular cell references. My favorite one is not having to worry about having to lock ranges with $, when writing a function referring to an entire column or table range.
