In todays tutorial we look at how to add snow (or ANY moving overlay with transparency) to your OBS scenes using the Chroma/Colour/Luma Key filters.

Learn to add transparency to ANYTHING with a solid background colour!
This will work on any livestream platform, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
