Today I'm talking about the 2 most common KEGEL EXERCISE MISTAKES that may be causing you to leak a little (when you sneeze or jump) or that may cause you to have a hypertonic pelvic floor (too tight). Tight does NOT mean strong and functional! Of course I also cover 2 easy fixes for these common mistakes so you can have a strong and functional pelvic floor!
