1: open command prompt use ipconfig command to find default gateway
that is your router IP address

2: ping to default gateway address to make sure connection is good

3: Launch a web browser, enter the router’s IP Address in the Address bar
and press enter

4: When the router's web-based setup page opens, click Login at the top
right corner

5: Enter your router's administrator Password then click Submit
By default, there is no password configured on Belkin routers

6: Click system settings under utilities

7: Type current password, by default, there is no password

8: Then type new password and confirm password .click Apply Changes

9: Wait while the router applies the settings

10: finally check router settings
