1. Get the mount so you can cast while mounted
2. Get stables to lvl 2 - you wont get dazed
3. Get a follower with bodyguard - Vivianne is nice
4. Get get the starfall going and you will win the internet.

Within an hour i get the following
Raw Beast Hide: 650
Sumpuous Fur: 350
Bones: 1900
Trash loot: 1000g (15 green - 0,75 blue)
Keep in mind that Clefthoof, Talbuk and Elekk Meat also can be sold. I usually sell the blues on Auction House as well but that is not in the calculation, neither is the chance of getting a 665 BoE epic.
