Mental Health Holiday: Cabin Fever
The month of December was a really hard one, and so around Christmas I did something I've never done before; I spontanteously rented out a cabin in the middle of the woods and left town for 2 days.
Reconnecting with myself and nature was such a rejuvinating experience and a goal for 2020 is to find the time to decompress like this.
Work smart, not hard, because it will catch up to you.
