Many women replace house shoes with knitted socks. They are comfortable, do not restrict movement, and do not put pressure on the foot. But in order to knit socks you need to know some rules and be able to work on four knitting needles at once, you also need to know how to knit a heel.
If you don’t have such knowledge, but really want to, I suggest tying warm leads. They are short socks, similar to slippers.
It's very easy to crochet them. The model I want to propose is straight lines. You only need to be able to knit a braid and single crochets.
1) To work, you need to measure the length of the foot and the height of the sneaker. It is suitable for men and women. For children, reduce all sizes.
By my standards, I cast on 39 loops.
2) The quantity will be different for everyone, it also depends on the thickness of the yarn. I knitted 8 cm in single crochets.
3) In the next row I knitted 20 loops and unrolled the knitting. These loops are knitted at a height of 6 cm. The rest of the traces (19 loops) remain untouched.
4) Next, a chain of 19 loops is cast on, and knitting continues as the first part of 8 cm.
5) Now fold the canvas in half. It immediately becomes clear where the heel is and where the toe is.
6) I tied the sole and heel together, the seam is under the foot. This can be done with a needle and thread.
7) The toe part was pulled off. You can simply sew it in a straight line.
8) I tied the footprints in a different color.
9) To make the product durable and last longer, it is better to add nylon thread to the yarn or sew a leather insole or other durable material onto the sole.
10) For decoration, you can attach pompoms or tassels.
11) This thing is irreplaceable for children. When the baby runs, jumps, plays, the footprints do not slip off and the legs remain warm.
Following the description, crocheting leashes will not be a problem even for those who have just learned to hold a hook in their hands.
All the best!
