So, sometimes it is necessary to Disable Task Manager for new users, and you can learn it step by step by following below steps:
1. Open RUN by press win + R key together
2. Now type gpedit.msc then click on OK
3. Now double click on User Configuration =} Administrative Templates
4. Now double click on System
5. Again double click on Ctrl+Alt+Del Options
6. Double click on Remove Task Manager
7. Now click on Enabled
8. In the last click on Apply and then OK
Now that all steps are complete, you can check for Task Manager by right click on Taskbar there you see the Task Manager blacked out.
