Albax, the Unlucky is a Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons achievement that have you travel across Tyria and Cantha in order to solve Albax's riddles. Upon completion, Albax will join you in Arborstone. To start the achievement you have to complete the Dragon's End meta event.
