Going Home for the Holidays | Winter 2022 Vlogs
Usually, traveling home means a quick layover in Minneapolis, and then a flight home; however, with the winter storms, flight delays, and cancellations, traveling home this year was a little more nightmarish. Although I had to stay overnight in Minneapolis, I had the chance to meet new airport friends, a frenchie named Henry, worked on my confidence playing MSP's public piano, making it home to San Francisco in the nick of time — this wasn't the trip I was planning for, but I'm definitely one of the luckier ones this holiday season.
This vlog is yet another foray into longer videos! I played around more with the HD and 4K filming capabilities of my phone, and different features of my editing software. I think it turned out better than my Charlotte Day 1 Vlog ( • A Weekend in Charlotte w/ Wells Fargo... ) with less weird cuts, and audio lagging issues, but one huge pain point is when I'm playing the piano. The audio just ended up being really distorted (9:06 to 12:38), but I'll upload them separately when I get the chance to and I'll link them here when I can! In the meantime, happy watching!
