Healing From Burnout- How To Keep Going When You Don't Feel Like Doing Anything Anymore- My Story
Sometimes, we may feel unmotivated in our lives or businesses. But sometimes, it gets much deeper than that. Sometimes we may find ourselves in such a low, low state, that we just do not feel like doing anything anymore- is it even worth it anymore?
In today’s video, I am going to be sharing my last six months of healing from immense burnout, what happened, how I got myself (and am still currently getting myself) out of it, and how to continue healing when you feel like you’re doing too much, and you just don’t want to do anything anymore.
