In this video, we'll go over how my supercharged Helium Hotspot performed over the normal hotspots, AND review the likely average ROI for purchasing a hotspot from Helium (remember, none of this is financial advice! Supercharged Hotspot - 43 HNT
Hotspot #1 - 45 HNT

While I was really disappointed with the results, a few factors were at play:
1) Hotspot placement — my supercharged antenna was posted near a metal gate, which may cause issues when mining.
2) Not any Hotspots close enough to "expand" my coverage from here. If the closest hotspot neighbor past the ones nearby is over 6-9 miles, the supercharger wouldn't do anything other than what the others are.
3) Some days, it was mining more than the others, of course! For instance — the past 3 days it has mined 15 HNT, while the others mined 12.5 and 12 HNT.
Breakdown of ROI for normal hotspot:
