Before starting the Magento installation, we'll need to create a new MySQL database instance to store the Magento data.
Open the XAMPP control panel (xampp-control.exe) and run the Apache and MySQL Web server by pressing Start next to the corresponding icons.

After that, open the instrument of database management phpMyAdmin by pressing the Admin button.
First of all create the user of the database. Click User accounts tab. Then Add user account button. Fill in the form fields (use your unique data for User name and Password).
Enable the checkbox Create database with same name and grant all privileges to create the database with the same user name.
Click Go button. The result is a database we will use further.
