Manten kopi is a tradition at Kawisari plantation in Wlingi District, Blitar Regency, marking the start of the coffee harvest season. It expresses gratitude for abundant crops. The ritual begins with preparing offerings and lit incense, placed among the densest coffee trees. The harvested coffee is then carried in a procession with Kembar Mayang, symbolizing the manten tradition. The Kembar Mayang is brought to the entrance gate of the Kawisari plantation, where it is exchanged.
