Jill Price, from the University of Saskatchewan in Regina, discusses research conducted by the Canadian Institute for Public Safety Research and Treatment (CIPSRT) on the use of case stories in internet-delivered cognitive behavioral therapy (ICBT) for Canadian public safety personnel. This research, offered through the PSPNET service, explores the perceived benefits and areas for improvement in using case stories within the PSP Wellbeing Course to address mental health concerns in this population. This work highlights the potential of online interventions like PSPNET to increase access to mental health support for public safety personnel.
