A text editing software to view the .json file (Mac - textedit, Windows - notepad)

➤Locating Minecraft Game Directory
Go into launcher and head to your current version and click "go to folder"
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft
Linux: ~/.minecraft
