I'll show you how to download and use the Inventory Sorter mod in Minecraft 1.21.
First we need to follow the link to download the mod itself.
I will download the forge version, but if you use another library for mods, you need to download the appropriate version of the mod.
Now go to the game folder and drop the mod into the "mods" folder.
If you do not have this folder, just create it.
Now just go to Minecraft.
Be sure to use the installation appropriate to the library you are using.
And that's it.
