How to install a tensioner, idler pulley and belt on a late 90's Chevrolet K1500 5.7L V8

Tools:
Flex head 3/8 drive
Ratchet 3/8 drive
1/2" Socket deep or standard
3/8" Torque Wrench
Preferably a set of gloves.
Tensioner pulley is set at 27 FT LB
Idler Pully is set at 37 FT LB
