What's New In WordPress 5.5 - Block Editor Changes - Native Lazy Load - XML Sitemaps Coming To Core
WordPress 5.5 brings many changes to the block editor it adds native lazy loading (much worse than standard JS lazy loading), and default XML sitemaps that are only useful to sites not using an SEO plugin (which you should).
