The next quest in the Skyline expansion for Vault 76, between the lines takes us back to Hugo at Dark Hollow manner to discuss the weather phenomenon happening due to the now malfunctioning weather machine. Of course the fact that he is blind and his wife Cassidy is now in a coma. Find her journal, locate the pump access room, smash that fuse box, find Cassidy’s key that she had in her. Read the Whitman and love letters for extra information that might be used in the future. Locate his daughter Audrey at Hawksbill Weather Station and give her the blueprints and receive some consumables and Cassidy’s favorite painting.
