Players complained that Boss Rugal was too easy. SNK certainly listened to the 'complaints' triple-fold. The return of KOF '96's evil wind priest is NOT to be trifled with.

I haven't played KOFXV in over a month. This right on top of me blowing all my energy grinding SF6 ranked, which is also stressful as all sin... man, I don't have the energy/reflexes to deal with this BS. I'll try again once I'm less exhausted/rusty.
