Luton councillors have given the green light for the construction of 183 new residential units on Dunstable Road - the first new development for the town in over a decade.
The units, which will include 54 social housing units and 117 individual dwellings, will be built on a former Ministry of Defence site. The development is in line with the town's strategy of promoting greater social diversity and improving access to the area for residents.
