Bike infrastructure in Edmonton is far from perfect, but a lot of progress has been made and new bike lanes are being built.
Unfortunately this is not the case in Canada’s biggest city, Toronto.
While the city has made efforts to build a network of new bike lanes along major arterial roads, the provincial government lead by Doug Ford, is now actively fighting against them and even has announced the removal of some very important ones.
I’m sharing my perspective on this while inviting your comments, no matter what may be your point of view.
