Yes i find my laptop thermals to be lowered by 5-10 degrees after applying new Thermal Pads and Thermal Grizzy Kryonaut Thermal Paste, though i have read its not recommended for Laptops as its an overclocking paste, rather some tech recommend Arctic MX-4/5 for laptops.
After 6 months i will reopen my laptop, give long term review of the paste quality and performance.
